The Cambodian NGO CRDT – based in north-east Cambodia – supports poor rural communities and environmental conservation. During out visit in November 2015, Anke and I delivered a one-day photography course to staff members of CRDT (see blog post) and documented CRDT's microfinance-scheme by visiting several projects in villages along the Mekong River at the outskirts of the city Kratie: a meeting of a local saving group, a small restaurant and a small wood craft business.
